Joseph Collins, President

In 1988, Mr. Collins founded Collins Building Services, Inc. as his ideal service organization. By pulling together friends, associates and support staff who had distinguished themselves in the industry, he combined well over 100 years of experience to create a company that elevated personal service to a new level. He became the hub of an organization that lives by the guidelines of the now forty year-strong reputation that Joe Collins works to maintain each day as President of Collins Building Services, Inc.

Andres Sardinas, Executive Vice President

As Executive Vice President of CBS, Inc. since 1988, Mr. Sardinas has created the backbone of the company through the dedicated supervision of our employees.

George Lewis, Vice President

Mr. Lewis is in charge of contract negotiations, accounting and oversight of all Account Executives. During almost 30 years of industry experience, and with CBS, Inc. from its inception, he has developed an endless collection of solutions for his customers. He has coupled this knowledge with an exceptional ability to assess and budget any scope of service.

Gonzalo "Jimmy" Ramirez, Vice President of Operations

In 1969, Mr. Ramirez began his career in building maintenance and his association with the principal members of Collins Building Services, Inc. During his 35+ years in New York's professional cleaning industry, he has come to be known as a tough, fair, respected leader who is able to accomplish even the most difficult jobs - on time and within budget.

Fernando Serna, Special Projects Supervisor

Having joined CBS, Inc. in 1989, Mr. Serna is responsible for all operations, customer relations, periodic services, inspections training and payroll.

John Lopat, Senior Account Executive

With CBS, Inc. since 1994, Mr. Lopat is responsible for corporate headquarters and providing all support services to such clients as Rudin Management and New York University. Mr. Lopat has built a career as one of the most successful corporate liaisons in the building service industry. His client base constantly grows as existing customers continue to value him as a resource and new customers benefit from his expertise.

Robert Sardinas, Area Manager

Having joined CBS, Inc. at the very beginning in 1988, Mr. Sardinas is involved in all aspects of the daily operations of 35 million square feet in New York and New Jersey. He oversees the operational training and development of 30+ middle management supervisors and interfaces with customer facility management and managing agents. He also manages and controls labor expenditures and supply budgets, conduct safety orientation meetings, quality control inspections and is currently a member of CBS, Inc. Safety Committee.
